A walnut bar, stone heads that pivot.
When we designed PIETRA No.04, we wanted track lighting without the track. The architectural utility of directional spots, but cut in stone and wood, on a single solid bar. Travertine cylinder heads. Brass pivot joints. Walnut spine. Specify like a piece of casework.
Three heads at thirty inches, four heads at thirty-two. Mounts to the ceiling, but also works as a wall bar for art lighting above a console or sideboard.
Each head pivots and rotates independently on its brass joint. Aim them at a painting, a dining surface, a seated reading area, or wash them along the wall.
Honest spine, honest heads
The walnut bar is solid European wood, hand-oiled, in warm walnut or lighter natural finish. The travertine cylinders are cut and finished by hand with their natural beige pores visible. The pivot joints are precision-machined brass, designed to hold position without resetting.
Standard E26/E27 socket per head. Up to 40W LED each. Bathroom-safe (IP rated). Dimmable with a standard wall dimmer.
For long surfaces
Hardwires into any standard junction box. The bar is the spine. The travertine cylinders do the focused work.
