Privacy policy
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 21, 2026 — Last updated: September 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how AVALUCE, operated by 304 Holdings LLC (the “Site”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from avaluce.com.
1. Categories of personal information we collect
- Identifiers and contact information: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number.
- Commercial information: products purchased or considered, order history, returns.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number. Payment data is encrypted in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard.
- Internet activity and device information: browser type, IP address, time zone, cookie identifiers, pages viewed and interactions with the Site, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications: messages you send us and, if you opt in, your email address for marketing communications.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.
2. How we use your information
- To fulfill orders: processing payment, arranging shipping, providing invoices, order and shipping confirmations.
- To communicate with you about your order, returns, warranty and support requests.
- To screen orders for potential risk or fraud.
- With your consent, to send you news and offers by email. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every marketing email.
- To advertise our products, including showing you relevant ads on other platforms (see “Cookies and advertising” below).
- To improve and optimize our Site through analytics.
- To comply with our legal obligations (tax, accounting, consumer protection).
3. Categories of third parties we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the store:
- Shopify Inc. — our ecommerce platform, which hosts the Site and stores your data on secured servers behind a firewall;
- Payment processors — to process your transactions securely;
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your order (name, address, phone number);
- Email service providers — to send transactional and, with your consent, marketing emails;
- Analytics and advertising partners (such as Google) — see below.
We may also disclose information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request, or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money.
4. Cookies and advertising
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site (analytics) and measure and improve our advertising campaigns. Advertising partners such as Google may use cookies to show you relevant AVALUCE ads on other websites (remarketing).
You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect parts of the shopping experience. To opt out of interest-based advertising, you can also visit the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page at optout.aboutads.info or Google’s ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Because there is no industry consensus on DNT, our Site does not currently alter its behavior in response to DNT signals. Where required by applicable law, we treat a GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Your U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and similar laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states), you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories of sources and purposes;
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- Receive a portable copy of your personal information;
- Opt out of targeted advertising and of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information;
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
How to exercise your rights. Email us at support@avaluce.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”, or use the contact form on our Contact page, or the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer. We will verify your request (typically by confirming control of the email address associated with your account or orders) and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days). You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we will require proof of the agent’s authority. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with the subject line “Privacy Appeal”.
7. Data retention
We keep order information for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal retention obligations (tax, accounting, warranty), then delete or anonymize it. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
8. Security
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Your data is stored behind secured networks and firewalls, and payment transactions are encrypted in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard developed by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.
9. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Once you leave our Site, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
10. Children’s privacy
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified on this page or by email where required.
