Why you'll love the IVERA No.01

  • Genuine yellow travertine, shading opal glass. A 9.8-inch stone disc shades a small opal globe hung beneath it. Its pores and veining are its own, so no two discs match.
  • Capped in walnut or natural wood. A turned bead of solid wood tops the disc on its slim bracket. Choose dark walnut for stone and tile, or the lighter natural wood for pale rooms.
  • Made for the vanity, rated for damp. It's damp-rated for baths, kitchens and covered porches. Hang one above a basin or a pair flanking a mirror, or mount it to a ceiling instead.
  • Standard wiring, and the G9 bulb is free. It hardwires to your standard U.S. junction box at 120V and works with a standard wall dimmer. A free dimmable G9 bulb ships with it, and the socket takes up to 5W.

Three materials, doing exactly one thing each.

IVERA reads like a vintage chemist's lamp redrawn in stone. A flat disc of yellow travertine spans 10 inches across, capped by a turned bead of solid walnut, slung from a brass bracket. Underneath the disc, a single opal glass globe holds the light. Each material handles one task and stops.

We took the proportion from the bracket-mounted bath sconces of postwar Milan, where the disc was usually opal glass or porcelain. Travertine gives the same softness with more weight in the room. The yellow-beige veining of the stone reads as warm against tile, wood, or painted plaster.

Sold in two cap finishes: warm walnut for stone and tile, or light natural wood for paler interiors.

Real travertine, real walnut, real brass

The stone is genuine yellow travertine, cut and polished from a single block. Each disc carries its own pattern of pores and veining. The walnut cap is solid wood, turned and oil-finished. The bracket arm is precision metal in matte black or brushed gold, depending on the run.

A single G9 socket accepts an LED bulb up to 5W. Works with a standard wall dimmer. Damp-rated, so it works in baths, kitchens, and covered porches alongside dry-room placement.

For baths and quiet corners

Hardwires into any standard US junction box, wall or ceiling. Use it as a vanity sconce above a marble basin, or in pairs flanking a mirror.

Sold individually. Most vanities call for two.
