Why you'll love the CONA No.02

  • Raw travertine cone, wood cap above. Each cone is hand-cut beige travertine, left raw, under a solid wood cap in Walnut or Natural Wood. Lit, it drops a warm pool onto the counter below.
  • One cone, or two or three on a bar. Hang a Single over one seat, a Double Linear over a counter for two, or a Triple Linear over a long island. Each cone is 7½ in tall and 5¼ in wide.
  • Every cone gets its own free bulb. Wire it to a standard U.S. junction box at 120V and dim it from a standard wall dimmer. Free dimmable E26 bulbs are included, one per socket.
  • Works on sloped and double-height ceilings. The 59-inch fabric-wrapped cord is cut to suit your ceiling at install, and the canopy handles slopes up to 30 degrees.

A cone of stone, lit warm beneath.

When we designed CONA No.02, we kept thinking about the conical lights inside post-war Italian factories and the way they hung over workbenches, focusing a small pool of warm light. We borrowed the shape but used the stone and wood our craftsmen actually love.

The cone is real travertine, cut and shaped by hand. The cap is solid walnut. The two pieces stack into a fixture that reads as architecture from below and as honest material from above. Single pendant for a bedside or breakfast bar. Linear cluster of two or three for kitchen islands and dining tables.

Cord is 59 inches, adjustable at install. Compatible with sloped ceilings up to 30 degrees.

Honest cone, honest cap

The travertine is left raw with its natural beige texture. The walnut is solid, hand-oiled. Two cap finishes: warm walnut or lighter natural wood. The cluster bar on the double and triple configurations is also wood, matched to the cap.

Standard E26/E27 socket per cone. 40W max, free dimmable bulbs included. Dimmable with a standard wall dimmer.

For islands, tables, and counters

Single sits low over a single seat. Doubles span a counter for two. Triples balance a long island or a six-seat dining table.
