Why you'll love the BALCONE No.01

  • A hidden LED that washes the facade. The LED sits inside the curve of a matte black arch and washes the wall below. From the street, you see the glow and never the source.
  • Three whites for stucco, concrete or paint. Choose 3000K for stucco and limestone, 4000K for concrete or steel, or 6000K for white-painted walls. At 10.6 in wide, one marks a door and a row shapes a terrace.
  • Hardwires like any porch light. It connects to a standard U.S. exterior junction box at 120V with no transformer and runs on your regular wall switch. This model isn't dimmable.
  • Sealed aluminum for exposed exterior walls. Thick-gauge aluminum, powder-coated matte black, is wet-rated (IP65) against rain and dust and stands up to coastal air and freeze cycles. The 18W LED is rated for 50,000 hours.

Lighting a facade is not the same as lighting a room.

When we drew BALCONE, we kept thinking about the small Italian balconies that line side streets in Rome and Naples. Light there comes from above, from below, from oblique angles that touch stone without striking it. Never head-on, never from a single point.

BALCONE is a single matte black arch, 10.6 inches wide, mounted flat to an exterior wall. The LED module is hidden inside the curve. The light leaves the arch downward and washes the wall behind it. From the street, you see the gesture and the glow. You do not see the source.

Use one above a doorway, a pair at a garage, a row along a terrace. The geometry repeats well.

Built for weather, not for showrooms

The body is thick-gauge aluminum alloy, powder-coated in matte black. Not anodized, not painted. Coated and baked, the way exterior architectural fixtures are meant to be finished. It will not corrode in coastal air or under repeated freeze cycles.

Wet-rated (IP65), sealed against driving rain and dust. The integrated 18W LED runs at CRI 80 and offers three color temperatures at order. Choose Warm White for warm stucco and limestone, Neutral for concrete or steel, Cool for white-painted facades.

Hardwired, standard install

Direct hardwire into any standard US exterior junction box. Wired for standard 120V US circuits. No transformer, no dimmer wiring required. Mounts in minutes by any licensed electrician.
