When we drew FRECCIA, we were thinking about the long thin shadows that early modernist architects cut into concrete walls. Carlo Scarpa worked this way, as did the Milanese atelier designers of the 1960s. A line of light next to a doorway can carry an entire facade. There is no need for more.
FRECCIA is a 2 by 2 inch profile in matte black aluminum, mounted vertically against any wall, indoor or out. Seven heights, from 11.8 inches up to 59 inches. The LED runs the full length and reads as one solid line, no nodes, no segmentation.
Use it next to a front door, alongside a vanity mirror, in a stairwell, or running up the corner of a garage facade. The shape is honest enough to read as architecture instead of fixture.
Indoor or outdoor, sealed body
Body is solid protected aluminum, powder-coated matte black. The diffuser is premium acrylic, calibrated to suppress glare so the light reads as a line, not a streak. Output scales with height, from 1540 lumens on the smallest to 7700 lumens on the tallest.
The fixture is sealed against rain, wind, and continuous exposure. Use it on a covered terrace, under an eave, or directly on an exposed wall. 120V, remote dimmable.
Hardwired, remote-controlled
Direct hardwire to any standard junction box, indoor or outdoor. Dimming via the included remote, not a wall dimmer.
