  • Stacked saucers that hide the bare bulb. Four spun metal discs, each smaller than the last, shield the bulb and let light escape in horizontal bands. A solid walnut ring floats between them.
  • Black or white metal, dark or light walnut. Pick from four pairings: Matte Black or Matte White with Dark or Light Walnut. At 16 inches across and 9.4 inches tall, it suits a round dining table or a row over an island.

STECCA is built around an idea we lifted from the post-war Italian workshops: layered metal saucers that strip the bare bulb of its glare without erasing it. Four discs of pressed metal, each smaller than the last, hung from a central rod. A single ring of solid walnut floats between the discs.

Light escapes between the layers in horizontal bands. From above, the pendant looks like a quiet wood ring on a black or white form. From below, it pools light directly down onto a surface.

Pressed metal, solid walnut

The saucers are spun metal, finished in a matte black or matte white powder coat. The wood ring is solid walnut, dark or light, cut and joined by hand. There is no veneer, no plastic. The pendant has weight.

Designed to sit above a dining table or a kitchen island. Generous 16-inch diameter without dominating.

Adjustable cable, standard install

59-inch cable can be shortened on installation. Mounts to any standard junction box. E26 socket. Dimmable with a standard wall dimmer. Compatible with sloped ceilings up to 30 degrees.
