A stone ring with a sphere set into its center.

LATTE No.02 was sketched as a single gesture. A thick ring carved from real stone, projecting from the wall, with a frosted glass sphere set into the opening. Nothing else. The simplicity is what makes the choice of stone do the work.

Seven options to choose from, each cut from a single block: Bulgari Red, White Jade, Cream Travertine, Coral Red, Dark Green, Cream Marble, and Bulgari Violet. The veining and porosity of each stone are real and unique to every ring. The frosted glass sphere stays the same across all seven, so the stone gets to lead.

Compact at eight inches in diameter, projecting five inches from the wall. Best in a bathroom flanking a mirror, a powder room above the basin, or a corridor where one sconce every three feet draws a quiet rhythm.

Real stone, frosted hand-blown glass

Each ring is cut from a single block of the chosen stone, hand-shaped, and sanded to its final profile. The glass sphere is mouth-blown and frosted on the inside in a second pass, so the light reads diffuse rather than glaring.

G9 socket accepts any bulb up to 10W incandescent equivalent. Works with a standard wall dimmer.
