Three materials, stacked on a single cable.
DOMUS No.04 was drawn as a column. A solid wood sphere at the top. A travertine core in the middle, hand-shaped. A frosted opal glass globe at the bottom, lit from within. The proportions were tuned so each material reads on its own, then resolves into a single vertical line.
The travertine is left raw, with its real porosity intact. The wood is solid Walnut or natural Ash, sealed and oiled. The glass is mouth-blown, frosted on the inside so the light comes out diffuse, not glaring.
Available as a Circular silhouette (slightly wider, more grounded) or Cylindrical (slimmer, taller). Both work as a solo pendant over a side table, in pairs above a kitchen island, or in a small cluster off-center over a banquette.
Hand-assembled, hand-finished
Each component is shaped separately, then stacked on the cable in our atelier. The travertine veining is visible through every shade, and no two are identical. The opal glass is hand-blown into a mold and frosted in a second pass.
The cable runs 59 inches and is adjustable to height on site. G9 socket accepts any bulb up to 10W incandescent equivalent. Works with a standard wall dimmer.
