  • A slim column topped with a disc of light. The brushed-metal column rises 13.4 inches from a 3.1-inch base to a flat disc that keeps a soft pool of warm light pointed down at the table.

The column, kept to its essentials.

When we drew RIETI, we kept thinking about a single visual rule that midcentury Italian designers held to: take everything off a lamp that is not strictly necessary. A column. A small flat top. A bulb behind it. Everything else is decoration that will date.

RIETI is that rule. A slim brushed-metal column, 13.4 inches tall, capped with a flat disc that holds the LED inside. The column reads as a single vertical line. The disc reads as a thin horizontal one. The composition is two clean strokes.

Five metallic finishes. Brushed Gold, Brushed Silver, Matte Black, Brushed Rose Gold, Pure White. Each one ages slightly differently in the hand.

Brushed metal, hand-finished

The body is brushed metal, hand-finished. The disc is the same material, the same finish, sized to throw a soft pool of light downward without spilling it sideways. No plastic shell, no painted veneer that chips at the edges.

USB-C charging port hidden on the underside. Long-life lithium battery. Touch control on the disc runs the whole experience: tap to wake, hold to dim. The lamp remembers your last setting.
