  • Stone-look resin around a hidden light. Concentric grooves spiral inward across a 10.6 in bowl of hand-finished, stone-look cast resin. At the center, the light glows from behind a recess, so you see the warm wash and never the bulb.
  • Warm Cream or Matte Brown, close to the wall. Both finishes have the texture of brushed limestone. The bowl projects just 4.3 in, so it suits a hallway, a narrow entry or the wall beside a bed.
  • Mounts to a U.S. box, bulb included. It mounts directly to a standard U.S. junction box at 120V. A free G4 bulb ships with it, tucked out of sight behind the center of the bowl.

A raked sand garden, lit from inside.

ECCO began with a single sketch of a raked sand garden at Ryoan-ji. Concentric circles pulled around a single rock. Light at the center. Stillness around it.

What we built is a 10.6 inch concave bowl, cast in a hand-finished stone-look resin with the texture of brushed limestone. Concentric grooves spiral inward to a small pearl of light at the center, a hidden G4 socket holding a single small bulb.

From across a room you read the surface texture and the soft pearl at the center. Up close, the grooves catch the warm wash from the bulb and reveal the depth.

Cast resin with limestone hand

The body is a dense cast resin formulated to read like brushed natural limestone. Two finishes available: warm cream and matte brown. Both hand-finished after demolding so the concentric grooves stay sharp.

The G4 socket is integrated, sized for a single small halogen or LED, and a free dimmable bulb is included. Compact, dim, never glaring. The bulb is hidden behind the central recess so the source itself is never visible.
