A pendant that knows where it is pointing.
Most pendants spread light. CONA No.04 directs it. We shaped the travertine into a flared drum, narrower at the top and opening wider at the base, then mounted it on a walnut collar and matte black hardware. The form pushes a clean column of light straight down onto whatever sits below: a kitchen counter, a desk, a basin, a section of a long table.
The travertine is left raw, with cream-beige porosity intact. The walnut is solid, sealed and oiled. The metal hardware reads as quiet structure, not statement.
Available as a single shade or in a linear three-head bar on a 24-inch ceiling plate. The three-head version works particularly well over a kitchen island, where each spot can be aimed at a different working zone.
GU10 spot, not a diffuser
We chose a GU10 socket on purpose. It gives a precise downlight cone with very little spill, which is what this silhouette wants. The pour of light grazes the inside wall of the shade as it leaves, so you read the travertine porosity from below as the light comes out.
Each travertine drum is hand-carved from a single block. The walnut collar is solid wood, machined and oiled in our atelier. Free dimmable bulb included (GU10, up to 10W LED equivalent). Works with a standard wall dimmer.
