Why you'll love the ECLISSI No.01

  • Spun aluminum that beams up and down. Two cones, each spun from a single sheet of aluminum, meet at a narrow waist. One beam washes the ceiling, the other the floor, and the wall between falls into shadow.
  • Matte Black, Soft Gray or Warm White. All three powder-coated finishes keep the same 15.7 in hourglass, 5.5 in across. Mount it as a sconce in your hallway or stairwell, or flush on the ceiling.
  • Twin bulbs included, dimmer-ready. Hidden inside the cones, the two E14 sockets dim together on a standard wall dimmer. It hardwires to a standard U.S. junction box at 120V, and free dimmable E14 bulbs are included, one for each socket.

The shape modernism kept coming back to.

When we designed ECLISSI, we kept returning to the hourglass sconces of post-war French and Italian apartments. Two cones, point to point, throwing light straight up and straight down. The shape Le Corbusier specified for his own buildings.

ECLISSI is built around that silhouette. Two spun-aluminum cones, joined at a narrow waist, mounted to the wall on a slim rectangular arm. Light goes up. Light goes down. The wall between gets shadow.

Available in three finishes: matte black, soft gray, or warm white. All three colors keep the same architectural form. Mountable on wall or as a flush ceiling fixture.

Spun aluminum, dipped finish

Each cone is spun from a single sheet of aluminum, then powder-coated. Aluminum holds the finish for decades and does not corrode in humid rooms. The wall arm is solid steel, finished to match.

The bulbs sit hidden inside, top and bottom. The light reads as form, not as fixture. The cones are open at the back so heat dissipates upward through the column.

Made for hallways and stairwells

Direct-wired into any standard junction box. Two E14 sockets, free dimmable bulbs included. Dimmable with a standard wall dimmer.

One sconce. Two beams. The hallway light most rooms eventually choose.
