  • A disc of alabaster crossed by brass. A thin line of solid brass runs across a hand-cut alabaster disc and meets a brushed gold dome at the center. Lit from behind, each disc shows its own pattern of inclusions.
  • Round for pairs, Oval for a single wall. The 8-inch Round gives 770 lumens and works in pairs above a vanity. The 16.5-inch Oval, 6.5 inches wide, gives 1,650 lumens and holds an entry wall on its own.

When we designed OLIVA No.03, we kept returning to one image: a thin line of brass running across pale stone. Italian palazzo bathrooms have used this gesture for a hundred years. A line, a stone, a small hot point. Nothing else.

The disc is real alabaster, hand-cut and lit from behind. The brass line crosses it vertically. At its center: a small brushed gold dome holding the LED. The whole piece is 8 inches across and reads warm at every hour.

Available in two scales. The round 8-inch model is a quiet wall presence. The longer 16.5-inch oval reads more like a sconce sculpture.

Real stone, lit from within

Alabaster is a soft stone, light-permeable, veined. Every disc holds a different pattern of inclusions. When the LED comes on, you can see the stone through itself.

The brass is hand-brushed gold finish on solid metal. The two materials do not compete. The stone holds the warmth. The brass holds the line.

Made to be wired in, not plugged

Hardwire installation into any standard wall box. 120V. Integrated LED rated 50,000 hours. 770 lumens for the round, 1,650 lumens for the oval. Dimmable on request.
