AVA LUCE TONDO No.01 Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The AVA LUCE TONDO No.01 Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by 304 Holdings LLC, doing business as AVA LUCE, 1380 Avenida Rincon APT 304, Santa Fe, NM 87506, United States ("Sponsor"). Contact: support@avaluce.com.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers and contractors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 14, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Visit avaluce.com/pages/win-tondo during the Entry Period and complete the entry form with your first name, a valid email address and the requested project details, then confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and accept these Official Rules. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries made by automated means, scripts or multiple email addresses will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: one (1) TONDO No.01 travertine saucer pendant light, shipped free of charge to the winner's address in the United States. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $628 USD. Installation is not included; hardwired fixtures should be installed by a licensed electrician. No cash alternative, transfer or substitution by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the ARV exceeds $600, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by law.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, on or about November 16, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter, within two (2) days of the drawing. The potential winner must reply within five (5) days of notification and may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and, where lawful, a liability and publicity release. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city and state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Privacy and Emails

Information collected is used to administer the Giveaway and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at avaluce.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from AVA LUCE. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email; unsubscribing does not affect your entry.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, and in that case to award the prize from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, losses or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Winner's Name

For the winner's first name and state, email support@avaluce.com with the subject line "TONDO Giveaway Winner" by December 31, 2026.

14. Platforms

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok or any other platform.
